The firm is led by Principals R. T. (Tom) Pinchback and Michael M. Brooks, who combined, have participated in and completed more than 52 healthcare acquisitions and divestitures in their 50+ years of experience. Both are Certified Public Accountants, have practiced public accounting, and have owned and operated their own healthcare businesses. They not only bring financial expertise, but practical business operations experience to their clients. Additionally, Mr. Pinchback is a licensed Texas real estate broker.
Mr. Pinchback was joined by Mr. Brooks on January 11, 2011. Both have served as senior executives of publicly held hospital management and health maintenance companies. These companies include Republic Health Corporation, Champion Healthcare Corporation, Paracelsus Healthcare Corporation, and Molina Healthcare. Most recently Mr. Brooks served as the chief development officer of YFCS, Inc., a privately held child and adolescent behavioral health and special education management company in Austin, Texas.
